Map of Measure W project sites

Council Approved (August 22, 2018) Master Plan option for Schematic Design. Please note this is a conceptual rendering for illustrative purposes.

The Community Civic Campus project, will be located at the northeast corner of El Camino Real and Chestnut Avenue in South San Francisco. The new campus, scheduled to open in late 2022, will consist of new state-of-the-art facilities: a Police Station (located at the corner of Chestnut and Antoinette Lane), a Fire Station (located at the corner of Arroyo Drive and Camaritas Avenue as part of Phase II), and a combined Library and Parks & Recreation Community Center, with parking and landscaping improvements.

The new buildings will highlight innovation in design of multi-functional, multi-user, interactive facilities. This project will create a visually distinct, high-profile civic presence, and contribute to meeting the City’s commitment to being a great place to live, work, learn and play.
